Scalloping Trip

Scalloping is a BIG DEAL around these parts.

In late summer and early fall the Bay Scallop is King around here. St. Joe Bay is home to one of the largest bay scallop harvests in America. We even have a Festival celebrating the Scallop here in Port St. Joe

Scalloping is easy and fun. During the season (especially early in the season) scallops are everywhere. You can find them snorkeling or wading.

Our Scalloping Trip is a great time for families and friends, young and old. Our 25’ pontoon boat is perfectly designed for a comfortable, fun scalloping trip for friends and families of all ages — plenty of room, open deck, comfortable chairs, a napping couch, easy access out of the water and all-day shade.

Pro Tip: Scalloping is seasonal – and the season times vary each year – so we can only offer this trip on a limited basis. Scallop season gets crazy around here and it only lasts a short time. People come in from all over the country and boats and charters get hard to find. So, make your plans and reserve your trip early.

Bring your own cooler, towels, sun screen, food and drink — we have mask, snorkels, dive flags and mesh nets if you need them.

We can take up to 6 people
Half Day trips leave at 8:00am and return at Noon / or leave at 1pm return at 5:00pm – $400

Full Day trips leave at 8:00am and return at 4:00pm – $700

We’ll pick you up at the Frank Pate Park Boat Landing located at Highway 98 and Highway 71 (just look for the City Pier) in Port St. Joe.
